what i want to show you is over here, steve can pan over a little patch of grass. if you can pan over you can see what is left here is mud. that's a result of the slide yesterday. there is concern that rain could cause additional problems over the next couple of days after a mud slide. oar night yesterday. that was caused when a water brain broke sending 45,000 gallons of water, mud and down the hill and right into the neighborhood. forced evacuations. unfortunately it didn't get into any homes. but it did make a mess of cars in the streets here. crews are going to return today to continue all the cleanup and to prepare for the rain coming. neighbors told tuesday initial break sounded like a storm. >> i saw the police out here. and about -- 5:00, i could see the water coming down. fiber glass, the police said -- the water is coming down fast. >> reporter: what will happen is city workers will come back at day break and check and clear the storm drains to make sure that the water has place to drain. the pipe that broke was installed way back in the 1930s. watt prer
